Q: What does Marquee IE offer? A: We currently offer "MR & MRS" and "LOVE" style sign rentals in two sizes and in two finish options. Our new 'heart' marquee is also now available to rent. Each letter is made with real wood, a silver aluminum metal border, and bright LED bulbs. What sets our letters apart is the battery operated LED bulbs with 1.5” clear plastic globes attached. Each sign also includes our custom built stand. The battery operated bulbs and our stand options allow you to place letters anywhere at your venue without the worry of having an nearby outlet or hiding cords for safety.

Q: What finish options do you offer? A: Our letters come in a dark wood finish to give you a rustic, outdoor look or in a white finish to give you a fresh, elegant look great for indoor venues.
Q: How can I pay for the rentals? A: You can pay with credit card, check or cash. Once you have decided on your rentals and we confirm your date is available we will send you a service estimate, credit card authorization along with our terms and conditions.
Q: How are letters delivered and picked up and what do you charge? A: We currently service venues within the Inland Empire and some surrounding areas. We will deliver signs to your venue the day of your event and will pick up same day after your event is completed or next morning. Delivery is free within 25 miles of our location. If your venue is located outside our location we do charge a delivery fee of $2/mile after the first 25 miles. If pick up must be scheduled after midnight on Friday or Saturday or after 10 pm Sunday - Thursday, a $50 charge will also be added.
Q: Is there any specific set up requirements or restrictions for your signs? A: Our custom stands allow you to place on any flat surface (including grass) indoors or outdoors. Smaller signs can be lifted 4.5 ft using our stands (unless used outdoors in high winds). Signs must be protected in rainy conditions. We will set up signs for you and ask that they are not moved once placed simply due to potential damage.
Q: How long do your battery operated lights last? A: Our lights are automatically timed to turn off after 6 hours of use. If your event lasts longer than 6 hours simply turn the switch back on for continued use.
Q: What if the letters I am looking for are not listed on your website? A: Please let us know if you are looking for a different letter or phrase as we wish to increase our inventory in the future.
Q: Are your signs available for purchase? A: We currently only offer our signs as rentals and are not available for purchase.
